Obama calls for police to build trust within the black communities



US President Barack Obama said, that the recent events of the rebellion in the city of Baltimore confirm that police departments need to build greater trust within black communities.

The news network ABC News, US News, for Obama as saying during a television interview: "These events also require such address the underlying problems of the decline of education, and the spread of drugs, and limited employment opportunities."

The network said that the local authorities re-opening of schools in different parts of the city of Baltimore following the easing of tension within the city, and that there are no incidents of violence on a large scale, as expected by many.

The state of emergency was declared in the city of Baltimore, after the riots that took place yesterday, Monday, the city which saw the theft and burglary arson to some general shops in the city following the death of a young black after injuring his spinal cord during the police deported him inside a car without the use of belt safety.
