Lavrov: Kiev Minsk impede the implementation of agreements for the settlement of Ukrainian crisis

The Russian minister said that Spain agrees with Moscow on the inability to solve the Ukrainian crisis by force and that political dialogue is an acceptable solution.

For his part, Spanish Foreign Minister pointed out that the European Union and Russia should be allies, not rivals, calling for a return to the strategic partnership between the two sides.
