Ukrainian parliament to impose sanctions on Putin




Ukrainian parliament approved on Monday to impose sanctions on 35 Russian character, including Russian President Vladimir Putin, and adviser to the head of state Vladislav Surkov, the head of the House of Representatives, "Duma" Sergei Naryshkin, the Director of the Federal Security Service, Alexander Bortnikov, and a number of parliamentarians, and staff, in Security Devices, Russian and the judiciary.

The channel "Russia Today" that the Ukrainian parliament also called on international bodies, and parliamentary associations, and governments, to impose similar sanctions on those Russian figures.

He called parliamentarians Ukrainians Russian President personally to contribute to the release of the leader of the Ukrainian plane, Nadezhda Savchenko, impounded by the Russian authorities in June 2014 on charges of involvement in the murder of two Russian journalists Raha victim of aerial bombardment in "Donbass" area in southeastern Ukraine.

Kiev insists on the release of Savchenko, which was elected after her arrest in Russia, a permanent member of the Ukrainian Parliament, and a member of her country's delegation in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
