Cientos de miles de personas (entre ellas activistas, maestros de escuela, padres y madres de familia, jubilados y sacerdotes) salieron la tarde del domingo a las calles de la capital francesa en un nuevo intento para frenar la iniciativa. En febrero, la Cámara Baja aprobó por amplia mayoría la iniciativa 'Matrimonio para todos' y el proyecto será votado en el Senado en abril. Ambas cámaras son dominadas por el Partido Socialista del presidente François Hollande y sus aliados, quienes planean, antes de junio, legalizar el matrimonio entre homosexuales y su derecho a adoptar.
