Lavrov: We regret the decisions of the Ukrainian parliament about the «Donbass»




Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, said his country regrets the recent decisions of the Ukrainian parliament about the Donbass region, describing them as "gross violation of the agreements Minsk".
