Tool Time: $1 Trillion War 'Savings', Budgeting Lie

In just about a week and a half, the Super Committee must announce their plan to cut $1.2 trillion from the deficit. It appears they're far from an agreement. And if no deal is reached automatic triggers will kick in. Some lawmakers on Capitol Hill are now suggesting the issue can be resolved by using a budget gimmick. Democrats think the Super Committee should count the money the US will not be spending on the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan as savings.
