Police have cleared out the Occupiers from Frank Ogawa Plaza in Oakland, in what comparatively, could be seen as a peaceful event, unlike the original raid weeks ago, or the ending of the General Strike that shut down the port of Oakland. But tonight, protesters at Occupy Oakland are promising to gather at the downtown Oakland library, to figure out their next steps. RT's Lucy Kafanov has the details.
