Mass Occupy Evictions Across Country

In Chapel Hill North Carolina, about 50 protesters took over an abandoned the Chrysler building on Saturday night, marking their new territory with signs and banners. However this group, an offshoot of Occupy Chapel Hill, was faced with police using what they say was unnecessary force to get those protesters to leave the empty building and at least 8 people were arrested. In Salt Lake City demonstrators were ordered to leave their camp site in Pioneer Park and about 19 people were arrested. And in Portland Oregon those who have camped out in Lownsdale and Chapman Squares faced eviction from their local police.
