Thousands of protesters flooded streets around the Occupy Portland camp on Saturday, November 12 to protect the heart of city's Occupy Movement from the police. Earlier Mayor Sam Adams threatened to close the camp. Portland Police Department officers were ready to close parks for protesters, but having faced massive resistance they had to retreat.
