Michael Pento, Eurozone Crisis, US Housing Bailouts? - Capital Account (11/11/11)

Another day, another eurozone headlines...amidst good signs and bad signs, the headlines may change but the economic picture remains the same. And what becomes of Europe's closest economic partner, the US, with financial problems of its own? President Obama is making deals with Asian countries at a summit in Hawaii. Does that say it all? Meanwhile the US continues to be dragged down by the housing market. The government has poured billions of dollars into mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac since taking them over in 2008. Now another federal agency involved in backing mortgages is in trouble and could need a bailout. And when it comes to taking on Wall Street, one matador is taking the bull by the horns.
