Workplace discrimination still legal in America

Workplace discrimination still legal in America

In the US, it's illegal for employers to discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin and sex. Despite these laws, some people are still left out. As the case of one transgendered woman in Georgia shows, changing your gender not only means changing your life, but can also mean losing your job. And it's not against the law. Her case is not the minority, but in fact, reveals a much broader trend of a group of Americans who are slipping through the cracks.
