For President Obama, the last-minute failure to seal a trade deal with South Korea is a major setback for the administration's foreign policy agenda. President Obama now faces charges of hypocrisy due to the Federal Reserve's decision to pump over $600 billion into the ailing US economy, yet the US charging China with keeping their currency low.
