New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg says backup power has been lost at New York University hospital and the city is moving people out. The hospital complex is in lower Manhattan where flooding has been reported. New York's utility company cut power to 6, 500 residents of lower Manhattan to lessen the damage caused by flooding.
