The United States military accounts for nearly half the defense spending in the entire world; it funds two wars along with hundreds of bases tactically positioned worldwide. Radio Host and Iraq War veteran Adam Kokesh believes there is a bubble mentality within the American people who are unengaged politically and not speaking out about military spending. He adds that America's bases abroad will not keep Americans safer
