Occupy San Diego protesters maced by police


The incident occurred on Friday, October 14 when Occupy San Diego protesters formed a human chain to protect their site from the police in the San Diego Civic Center. In this effort to remove the camp, the police maced several protesters, threw at least two of them on the ground, twisted one protester's arm, and another protester, who was badly maced, was taken to the hospital. As of now, the protesters are still occupying the plaza.
