Ark. Police Release Report on Police Car Death

Police in Jonesboro, Arkansas say Chavis Carter called his girlfriend and said he had a gun, before he was fatally shot while handcuffed in the back of a police car. Authorities say Carter shot himself while in police custody. (Aug. 23)
