An armed man involved in a standoff with authorities at a fast food restaurant in the Phoenix suburb of Chandler has surrendered to police and is in custody. (Jan. 5)




it was a wanted dude that was mistakenly released on bail 3 months ago, the dude was responsible of a couple of armed robberies
