NYPD cop punches 85-yr-old, then sues him

George Capsis was riding his bike in NYC when a police van pulled out into the bike lane, cutting him off. When he complained to the officers, mayhem ensued. Mr. Capsis slapped one of the cops; one of the cops punched Mr. Capsis in the face. Mr. Capsis just settled an excessive force lawsuit for $45,000 with the NYPD, and the story should end there...but it doesn't. The Resident (aka Lori Harfenist) discusses.
