Raw Video: Flooding Eases in Philippines 9/8/2012

Residents living near the Philippine capital of Manila started clearing the streets of mud and debris left by severe flooding in the Philippines on Thursday. At least 23 people have been killed and millions more were left stranded by the storms. (Aug. 9)
