Isaac Prompts State of Emergency in Lousiana

Gov. Bobby Jindal has declared a state of emergency in Lousiana ahead of Tropical Storm Isaac which is predicted to strike as a Category 2 hurricane somewhere between the New Orleans area to the Florida Panhandle on Wednesday. (Aug. 26)
