APEC - US vs China?

Over the weekend more than 20,000 individuals gathered in Honolulu, Hawaii to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit. China was a hot topic at the summit and protesters gathered outside to show their opposition for the country. Also President Obama said the US will continue cultivating a constructive relationship with
China, but will continue to be firm that they operate by the same rules. Here is RT's report.
