Chuck Hagel: START will be ratified
The START Treaty for the mutual reduction of nuclear arms in the US and Russia is still before the US Senate. Atlantic Council Chairman and former US Senator Chuck Hagel said the Senate has the votes and the treaty will be ratified. He explained that the Senate is taking its time to review the treaty in order to achieve a consensus in both political parties.
